t’s #basic knowledge that we’re pits deep in Pumpkin Spice season, so Ron Barceló broke away from the generic mold to create the Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee.
Combining Ron Barceló Añejo, hot coffee, pumpkin purée and demerara syrup, the buzzy coffee will keep even the most #basic warm this fall! In case you’re wondering what demerara syrup is…it’s a simple syrup made with demerara sugar instead of white sugar. It’s darker than dark brown sugar and has a more caramelized flavoring to it. You can buy it pre-made or simply use equal parts sugar and water!
Pumpkin Spiced Dominican Coffee
- 1.5 oz Ron Barceló Añejo
- .5 oz Demerara syrup
- .5 oz pumpkin purée
- 4 oz hot coffee
- Build all ingredients in an Irish coffee glass
- Top with unsweetened whipped cream
- Garnish with star anise
