If you’ve been following me on Instagram (follow me, if you don’t already!). then you know I love a good cup of tea, especially on the cooler days. Of course you also know I love a good cocktail and Ron Barcelo has brilliantly brought the two together with this BombTea recipe! The warm elixir uses Barceló Onyx infused tea, hot water, and cinnamon syrup for an explosion of flavors that’ll soothe the chilliest of hearts.
You need to steep your tea bag for 4 days, so this is a plan ahead drink. Mark your calendar on Monday to get the process going, so that by next Friday, you can enjoy your tea and happy hour in the afternoon!
· 1.5 oz of Ron Barceló Onyx infused tea
· 2 oz hot water
· 3/4 oz cinnamon syrup
· Garnish: Lemon Wedge
· Steep your tea of choice in 1.2 oz of Ron Barceló Onyx for 4 days prior to consuming
· When ready, add 2oz of hot water and 3/4 oz of cinnamon syrup to the Ron Barceló Onyx infused tea
· Stir and garnish with a lime wedge
